Dr Jean-Louis Ntang is a communication scholar, strategist, educator and project director with more than eighteen years of experience across communication, media, programme delivery and institutional projects.
He holds a PhD in Communication, Culture and Media Studies from Howard University and is a faculty member at ESSTIC, University of Yaoundé II.
He leads VIBE UXML's strategy and delivery practice, combining academic rigour with hands-on management of large, multi-stakeholder institutional programmes and events.
